the location was convenient to public transport. the breakfast included many options like bread, eggs and fruit.. i also found luggage storage available.

helpful staff metro station
the staff was helpful , always ready to assist. the included breakfast featured a nice variety of options. i found the proximity to the rato metro station to be very convenient. the room was clean .

convenient location plentiful breakfast available storage
The location was great. I found it very easy to find the hotel. luggage storage was available for me. the breakfast was plentiful. I had many choices.
the bathroom walls were frosted glass, so privacy was slightly compromised.

Really good Service and Convenient Location
unexpected service convenient airport transit unique lighting
The staff provided unexpected service. One girl at the desk brought me breakfast items to take with my coffee before my early airport departure. The subway stop is very close. This made airport transit convenient. The wall lighting created a nice ambiance in the room.

broken lift inconvenient stairs
The staff were helpful and readily available.
The lift broke down. I had to carry my luggage up several flights of stairs. This was inconvenient and frustrating.

The location was great and close to the metro. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast had a nice selection and was good value. I found the rooms comfortable.
The air conditioning was not working in my room. I was told there was an ongoing problem. New towels were not provided. There was very little storage space.
