The location was great. I found it very easy to find the hotel. luggage storage was available for me. the breakfast was plentiful. I had many choices.
the bathroom walls were frosted glass, so privacy was slightly compromised.

The staff provided unexpected service. One girl at the desk brought me breakfast items to take with my coffee before my early airport departure. The subway stop is very close. This made airport transit convenient. The wall lighting created a nice ambiance in the room.

The location was great and close to the metro. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast had a nice selection and was good value. I found the rooms comfortable.
The air conditioning was not working in my room. I was told there was an ongoing problem. New towels were not provided. There was very little storage space.
